Abstract

La généralisation des démarches participatives dans l'élaboration des politiques et des projets locaux engage plusieurs acteurs avec des compétences complémentaires mais aussi avec des attentes qui peuvent s'avérer différentes, voire opposées. Cet ouvrage, rédigé à partir de travaux de recherche ainsi que de différentes expériences professionnelles de l'auteur, propose une méthode d'analyse des profils d'acteurs engagés dans les démarches participatives locales, adaptée aux collectivités territoriales et basée sur deux clés de lecture : l'analyse du positionnement stratégique de chaque acteur, à la fois dans l'espace géographique et dans l'espace politique, et l'analyse des identités territoriale et politique de chaque acteur, ainsi que le sens de la posture qu'il peut adopter.
