Réinventer la démocratie participative avec le Lab’Vie. Un outil innovant de participation citoyenne

Abstract

La participation citoyenne dans l'élaboration des politiques publiques et des projets à intérêt général ne cesse de se développer ces dernières années. Permanente ou ponctuelle, elle concerne des sujets de société, ou à fort impact territorial ou national. La dernière crise sanitaire a mis en avant d'autres crises - sociales, environnementales, économiques ou territoriales - qui ont poussé l'ensemble des acteurs publics à agir et à interroger sur le monde « d'après ». Cet ouvrage, rédigé à partir des travaux de recherche et différentes expériences professionnelles de l'auteur, propose une forme innovante de participation citoyenne, le Lab'Vie. Ce laboratoire d'innovation citoyenne, ouvert à la société civile et aux acteurs locaux, vise à enrichir et orienter les politiques publiques, à les adapter aux dernières évolutions sociétales, en traitant des sujets de société, des sujets philosophiques, des sujets conflictuels ou à forts enjeux pour un territoire donné. Le Lab'Vie se situe au croisement de deux logiques : celle d'une installation accessible et collaborative, et celle d'un fonctionnement souple et expérimental.
