Abstract

L'objectif de ce livre est de proposer des clés de lecture et de travail pour les actuels et futurs cadres dirigeants de la fonction publique territoriale, en particulier les directeurs généraux de services. Il permet d'identifier les compétences nécessaires pour réussir les défis de la transition territoriale qui obligent les collectivités territoriales à changer de paradigmes pour accompagner les évolutions et les tendances sociétales, environnementales, économiques et démocratiques. Des compétences globales qui permettent de définir un positionnement à la fois stratégique et relationnel aux futurs cadres dirigeants de la fonction publique territoriale.
