Abstract

Travailler en mode projet, coopérer entre Français et Chinois est toujours une aventure ! Pourtant, de part et d'autre, chacun fait beaucoup d'efforts pour aplanir les difficultés et atteindre les objectifs fixés. Il semble que la bonne volonté ne suffise pas ! Faire l'expérience de ces situations et en tirer des enseignements favorise l'apprentissage interculturel, autorisant des jeux d'intercompréhension mutuelle pour interpréter et réinterpréter le comportement de l'autre, s'interroger sur sa propre culture et remettre en question, ajuster et réajuster ses connaissances sur l'autre et sur soi-même.
