Le territoire est-il une compétence des dirigeants de l'ESS ?

Abstract

Cette contribution s'appuie sur une revue de littérature (40 documents traités sur 122 documents identifiés), un travail d'enquête auprès d'acteurs de la formation de l'ESS et de dirigeant de l'ESS (25), ainsi que sur nos observations ethnologiques réalisées au cours de nos activités associatives salariées et bénévoles, réalisés dans le cadre de notre thèse sur la formation des dirigeants de l'ESS. Nous nous appuierons sur ces données pour tenter de proposer une définition au terme « Dirigeants de l'ESS » et de montrer en quoi c'est un enjeu stratégique pour les organisations de l'ESS de le définir pour résister à l'isomorphisme (Bidet, 2003). Dans un premier temps nous montrerons qu'il n'existe pas de définition « Dirigeants de l'ESS » qui fait consensus, puis nous chercherons à proposer une définition à partir de l'identification de compétences spécifiques, puis nous essaierons de montrer en quoi les compétences en lien avec le territoire sont pour les dirigeants des Organisations de l'ESS un facteur de résistance à l'isomorphisme.
