Abstract

Face à l'urgence sociale et environnementale, les entreprises ne peuvent plus se permettre de communiquer en externe sur leur responsabilité sociétale, sans administration de preuves recevables. L'entreprise contributive semble y parvenir, en misant sur ses collaborateurs par une communication interne et réaliste. Cela actionne l'engagement des collaborateurs, nécessaire pour témoigner de la responsabilité sociétale de l'entreprise. Ce témoignage est fondamental, car il est au plus proche de la réalité opérationnelle de l'entreprise. L'entreprise contributive génère un capital confiance auprès de son environnement interne puis externe, ce qui lui offre une performance économique durable.
