Vins en péril: dans le Bordelais, l’arrachage est une fausse bonne solution

Abstract

Le 1er mars dernier, le ministre de l'Agriculture Marc Fesneau a annoncé un plan de soutien aux viticulteurs bordelais qui souhaiteraient arracher des pieds de vigne de leurs domaines. Le gouvernement a promis d'indemniser les candidats à hauteur de 6000 euros par hectare arraché. Ce plan pourrait aujourd'hui s'étendre à d'autres régions. Cette solution vise notamment à répondre au problème de surplus de production, évalué à un million d'hectolitres, que rencontre la filière depuis plusieurs années.
