Abstract

Les projets urbains fermés peuvent prendre de nombreuses formes. Parmi elles, les complexes urbains multifonctionnels privés et hypersécurisés érigés au Mexique par des acteurs de marché tendent à représenter un nouveau mode de production de la ville. Alors quels sont ces nouveaux types de quartiers construits pour une clientèle exclusive ?
