Abstract

Par cette contribution, nous proposons, à l'épreuve des faits, de déconstruire le discours contemporain bâti autour de la figure de « l'individu acteur de son projet professionnel ». Nous montrons comment l'univers RH et la recherche académique en France se sont emparés d'un discours en laissant échapper des réflexions structurantes et déterminantes de la performance des pratiques. Pour étudier les tensions sous-estimées de ces nouveaux discours, nous avons choisi d'enquêter sur le travail réel des conseillers internes en mobilité d'une grande entreprise, dont il ressort que leur travail prend place au carrefour des injonctions modernes et de leur déploiement. À l'appui des résultats d'une recherche qualitative, nos travaux soulignent la nécessité pour l'entreprise d'engager une réflexion sur sa stratégie, mais aussi sur le rôle des acteurs internes et, au-delà, sur ce que signifie concrètement l'accompagnement.
