Abstract

Les premiers chiffres et statistiques sur le financement en 2022 des pays en développement ou émergents commencent à être diffusés. Même préliminaires et incomplets, ils donnent une image assez précise des évolutions récentes des flux financiers vers les pays éligibles à l'assistance au développement. Certains de ces chiffres font état d'une croissance forte de l'aide, mais, derrière les apparences, se cache une réalité moins rassurante, avec des tendances inquiétantes pour les pays les plus défavorisés économiquement, notamment en Afrique subsaharienne.
