Abstract

Vous êtes doctorant et souhaitez réussir votre thèse ? Vous voulez aussi poser les bases de votre carrière d'enseignant-chercheur en management ? Cet ouvrage vous fournit tous les outils pour questionner votre projet, explorer vos préférences et vos capacités : • Comment formuler simplement l'« histoire » qui sous-tend votre projet de recherche ? • Comment étudier l'éventail des possibilités méthodologiques ? • Comment construire une revue de littérature pertinente ? • Comment élaborer et raffiner la problématique en utilisant la modélisation ? • Comment concevoir la cohérence de l'ensemble du projet ? La thèse est abordée ici comme une construction personnelle, faite de nombreuses itérations. Elle est également traitée comme la première étape d'un projet de carrière plus vaste : • publier des articles dans des revues en répondant aux attentes des éditeurs, des relecteurs et des lecteurs • trouver un premier poste dans une institution qui répondra à vos aspirations et vos compétences ; • initier et structurer un flux de travaux de recherche à partir de votre thèse. Cet ouvrage s'appuie sur les enseignements et les apports du CEFAG. Il bénéficie des contributions de professeurs ayant une longue expérience de l'encadrement doctoral. Délibérément non techniques et non normatifs, les chapitres sont illustrés de nombreux exemples et enrichis d'exercices à faire seul ou en groupe. Le livre sera particulièrement utile aux doctorants en sciences de gestion et aux jeunes docteurs. Il intéressera également les enseignants-chercheurs se préparant à encadrer des recherches.
