Intercréativité et flow collectif en situation d’apprentissage à base de wargames

Abstract

Les wargames sur table sont des jeux particulièrement flexibles en termes de scénarisation. Ils peuvent être déployés dans de nombreux enseignements où les activités pédagogiques nécessitent un aspect social important tout en garantissant une agentivité élevée comme les cours de management, de gestion de projets, etc. Si dans nos travaux précédents (Lépinard, 2020 ; 2022a), nous avons démontré que les objectifs d'apprentissage étaient bien atteints, nous souhaitons dorénavant réfléchir, toujours selon une démarche réaliste critique qui anime notre projet depuis ses débuts, sur certains aspects sous-jacents que nous n'avons pas encore vraiment stabilisés mais qui pourraient permettre de faciliter la réplication et donc la diffusion de notre dispositif ludopédagogique. Pour ce faire, à la suite de nos observations, il nous a semblé intéressant de questionner la notion d'intercréativité (David, 2014) en formation afin de voir quel peut-être son impact sur la notion de flow individuel et de flow collectif en situations d'apprentissage ludo-fictionnelles. Grâce à six journées d'expérimentation avec trente-cinq étudiants de Licence 2 et quatre journées avec dix-huit étudiants de Master 1, nous montrons que l'intercréativité et le flow d'équipe (type de flow collectif) sont bien présents mais qu'il est encore difficile d'identifier si l'intercréativité est une source ou une conséquence du flow collectif.
