De si responsables assureurs, c’est possible ? Entre véritable engagement RSE et greenwashing dans un contexte d’ubiquité technologique

Abstract

Cet article analyse en quoi certaines nouvelles formes d'assurances sont dites responsables. Pour mieux comprendre ce phénomène, une revue de littérature nous a permis de recenser différentes approches. Les données récoltées par le biais d'entretiens semi-directifs avec des spécialistes en assurance et des clients ont donné un aperçu plus étayé de l'engagement réel (RSE) ou supposé (greenwashing) des assureurs. Le traitement et l'analyse des résultats permettront d'envisager des perspectives de recherche en matière de stratégies responsables assurancielles et de conscience écologique.
