Abstract

Economiste à INRAE au sein de l'unité MoISA de Montpellier, Isabelle Piot-Lepetit a été interviewée sur le projet Data4Food2020. Elle coordonne le volet du projet dédié au développement des connaissances sur l'économie des données pour les systèmes alimentaires. Elle revient pour nous sur l'ambition et la mise en œuvre de Data4Food2030.
