Abstract

L'objet de cet article est d'identifier les dimensions de la relation étudiant - système de formation et d'explorer ses liens avec l'implication de l'étudiant dans ses études. Le cadre conceptuel inclut plusieurs domaines théoriques : la formation de l'attitude, l'implication et les théories comportementales en Gestion des Ressources Humaines et en Marketing. Un modèle intégrant les principales dimensions de la relation qui résulte de l'interaction entre un étudiant et son système de formation à travers son accumulation d'expérience est suggéré et mis à l'épreuve sur un échantillon de 1 106 étudiants d'IUT. Les résultats obtenus guident une réflexion sur l'évaluation de la performance et la gestion des systèmes publics d'enseignement et ouvrent des perspectives de recherches complémentaires.
