Abstract

L'approche territoriale comprise comme la capacité d'envisager la diversité des acteurs, des cultures et des situations à l'échelle des régions en Europe, semble susciter un regain d'intérêt. Elle donne la mesure de l'ambition du processus d'intégration et propose des solutions aux problèmes de l'Union qui tirent parti de cette diversité. Dans le domaine de la régulation économique, elle tend à faire émerger des propositions nouvelles.
