Abstract

Si le mot « wargame » peut a priori surprendre les enseignants et formateurs, les possibilités offertes par ce type de jeux sont pourtant particulièrement adaptées aux enseignements de management. En effet, pour quelques dizaines d'euros, nous disposons d'un outil flexible et simple à mettre en œuvre garantissant une forte agentivité des participants et générant des situations de gestion couvrant un domaine immense de la connaissance managériale. Dans le cadre du projet pédagogique et de recherche EdUTeam (https://eduteam.fr/) mené à l'Institut de Recherche en Gestion (IRG, EA 2354), deux enseignements universitaires de management s'appuient dorénavant intégralement sur les wargames historiques et fantastiques (Management opérationnel et Retour d'expérience). Notre conférence présente les résultats de trois années d'expérimentation démontrant l'atteinte des objectifs d'apprentissage ainsi que des scores particulièrement élevées dans les dimensions « Réaction » et « Apprentissage » du modèle d'évaluation des formations de Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick (2016).
