Abstract

Taking into account the empowerment of the connected patient allows pharmacists to strengthen their relational and transactional strategy and apply them to their pharmacies within a new process of negotiation with the patient. Patient empowerment must question pharmacy practitioners when dealing with patients informed through the use of e-health tools. It seems important to identify the level of patient empowerment of the pharmacy's patients and its impact because this new power has significant implications in the observance of treatment and in the management of diseases that can be implemented by pharmacists.
