Abstract

La pluridisciplinarité, présentée comme l'un des fondements du travail hospitalier, est essentielle en pédiatrie. Elle est toutefois difficile à mettre en oeuvre pour des professionnels qui n'exercent pas directement des soins, comme les assistantes sociales, les éducatrices de jeunes enfants, les enseignants et les psychologues. Comment articulent-ils leur travail avec celui des professionnels du soin en vue d'une prise en charge globale des jeunes malades ? Quelles sont leurs ressources et leurs difficultés ? Quelles stratégies déploient-ils pour s'intégrer dans les équipes pédiatriques ?
