Abstract

Cette étude statistique s'intéresse aux pratiques de RSE des entreprises de petite taille de la région Bourgogne Franche Comté (BFC), étant donné que ces dernières sont quasi délaissées par la recherche scientifique au profit des grandes entreprises comme démontré par Oueghlissi (2013). Le choix de la région BFC s'explique par l'accès facilité au terrain et le fait que la RSE est à ce jour peu explorée d'un point de vue académique dans cette région. Elle met en avant plusieurs paradoxes que nous présentons dans cette étude.
