Depuis les années 1990, la New Economy (Leadbeater, 2000) a pris de l'ampleur. Fondée sur la communication, les services et la stimulation de la créativité, elle érige les industries culturelles, rebaptisées créatives, en nouveaux modèles à suivre (Reckwitz, 2017).
