Abstract

Nous sommes maintenant à la conclusion de ces deux journées de travaux. Nous sommes particulièrement heureux d'avoir pu faire cet événement malgré les circonstances particulières dues à la pandémie et, surtout, d'avoir pu le faire en présentiel pour certains et en visioconférence pour d'autres intervenants. Cette conclusion se fera en deux parties. La première partie est un retour d'expérience de l'équipe de l'ISEOR pendant cette période de confinement. Nous nous sommes organisés sur de nombreux plans de nos activités. L'idée est de vous expliquer comment nous nous sommes mobilisés en équipe pour nous adapter à la situation. La deuxième partie de cette conclusion sera consacrée au témoignage de deux personnes : Monsieur Laurent PAYSAC, Président de la société SLB Médical, et Monsieur Arthur FOULSHAM, étudiant en Master Management Conseil et Changement (MC2).
