Abstract

Le foisonnement des nouvelles offres de mobilité (autopartage, ridehailing/VTC, micromobilités...) et la digitalisation de ces services permettent de proposer des alternatives compétitives aux offres classiques de transport. Cependant, les populations ciblées n'intègrent pas, la plupart du temps, les usagers vulnérables à mobilité réduite. Les solutions destinées à ces usagers sont portées par les instances publiques, à l'instar du service Pour Aider à la Mobilité (PAM), basé sur des véhicules thermiques pour le transport à la demande destiné aux usagers ayant un handicap en Île-de France. L'objectif de cette étude est d'évaluer la performance de ce service en comparaison à d'autres solutions alternatives pour répondre aux besoins de la population cible.
