Abstract

Les jeux sérieux qui ont un objectif de développement des compétences sont en plein essor. Nous soulignons l'avantage de cette méthode pour développer les compétences transversales, telle que la compétence communicationnelle, essentielle pour le travail à distance et en contexte multilingue. Les jeux sérieux numériques simulent des situations réalistes, font apprendre par l'expérience et peuvent être individualisés. Nous présentons la conceptualisation d'un jeu sérieux en management international et discutons comment un tel jeu peut être mobilisé comme outil d'apprentissage pour former et évaluer les compétences transversales, et comme outil de collecte de données pour la recherche.
