Déterminants de l’intention de développement du micro-entrepreneur : cas du microentrepreneur en Région Hauts-de-France

Abstract

L'objectif fondamental de notre recherche est de mettre en évidence les principaux déterminants de l'intention des micro entrepreneurs enclins au développement de leur affaire. Pour ce faire, nous avons conduit une enquête par questionnaire auprès de 736 (63% de femmes et 37% d'hommes) micro-entrepreneurs accompagnés en région des Hauts-de-France, soit 15% de la population ciblée. Les tests des hypothèses (ANOVA et test de khi2) confirment 6 types de déterminants de l'intention du micro entrepreneur de passer en entreprise classique et de développer son affaire avec la possibilité de création d'emploi. Il s'agit de : réseau d'affaires, caractéristiques personnelles, motivations, apports de l'accompagnement en compétences transversales, succès de carrière, peur de l'échec ou capacité personnelle. Ces déterminants constituent de précieux leviers d'action en matière d'accompagnement et de politique publique de développement de l'entrepreneuriat endogène.
