Abstract

Qu'est-ce qu'une bonne organisation ? La théorie des organisations étudie le rôle des différents dispositifs de coordination de la firme ou de l'organisation dans but lucratif. Elle a développé des instruments spécifiques d'analyse qui peuvent se fédérer dans une économie comportementale basée sur la rationalité limitée des acteurs. Elle étudie tout particulièrement les questions de gouvernance et d'éthique de responsabilité sociétale. Mais bien connaître les organisations est aussi nécessaire pour la conduite des politiques économiques. Ce manuel propose une synthèse de toutes ces questions à partir d'un ensemble de contributions originales et récentes.
