La résilience de l’entrepreneur face à l’adversité : une approche processuelle

Abstract

Pour surmonter l'adversité, l'entrepreneur doit faire preuve de résilience. Or, la manière dont celle-ci se construit reste un phénomène méconnu, alors que cette compréhension permettrait de mieux y faire face. Les résultats issus de l'analyse de douze récits de vie montrent qu'un processus de résilience de l'entrepreneur est décomposé de phases (acceptation, résistance, résolution, rétablissement et développement personnel). Connaître la façon dont les facteurs de la capacité de résilience interviennent à chaque phase du processus permet d'enrichir la littérature sur ledit processus et d'apporter des clés aux entrepreneurs pour gérer les situations d'adversité.
