Abstract

Sur Instagram, chacun peut publier un reel de sa visite au musée ou une story d'explication d'une œuvre d'art. La communauté des « créateurs de contenus culturels » sur les plates-formes numériques produit donc avec les outils numériques un mélange de communication et de médiation. Qui sont ces producteurs de contenus, comment s'insèrent-ils dans l'écosystème du secteur muséal et qui suivent ces contenus ? À travers de multiples entretiens avec les acteurs et une enquête administrée à plus de 4000 répondants, se font jour les spécificités de ces pratiques et leur intégration à l'ensemble des activités culturelles.
