Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est d'interroger les pratiques pédagogiques des enseignants-chercheurs en sciences de gestion lorsqu'ils ou elles travaillent à intégrer les enjeux de la transition écologique et sociale (TES) dans leurs cours. Il présente l'initiative d'une école de management engagée dans l'intégration de la TES dans son programme grande école (PGE), qui a construit un référentiel de compétences « Manager responsable » et développé plusieurs innovations pédagogiques pour en faciliter l'acquisition. Il examine ensuite ce que cette intégration implique en termes d'évolution des pratiques pédagogiques, comprises comme la combinaison des trois éléments fondateurs d'une pratique sociale que sont les compétences, le sens et le matériel (Shove et al., 2012).
