Abstract

On June 23, 2022, the École Supérieure de l'Assurance (ESA) organized a roundtable on the prospects and challenges of insurtech in France. To address this vast subject, ESA brought together emblematic players from the French insurtech ecosystem. The various speakers shared their experiences and explained how their flexibility and agility have enabled them to develop and distribute new insurance solutions. This article is based on a summary of the roundtable discussions and explores the value added by insurtechs and discusses their future place in the insurance ecosystem.
