Abstract

This conference was organized for the Maison de l'Europe in Nantes as part of a geopolitical cycle. The objective of this conference was to propose an analysis of the place of the European Union face to the global food challenge. This conference was structured in three parts: price volatility, the war in Ukraine and inflation; the dynamics of food supply and demand; world agri-food trade and the place of the EU-27.
