Abstract

La décision d'investissement est essentielle à la pérennité et à la croissance d'une entreprise. Elle doit faire l'objet d'une analyse préalable, exhaustive et rigoureuse. Ce livre offre une démarche qui vise à associer rigueur scientifique et exigence opérationnelle. Pour les étudiants, cet ouvrage a pour but de familiariser ses lecteurs (cycles universitaires 2, masters, écoles de commerce…) à la pratique des outils de choix d'investissement guidés par les principes fondamentaux de la finance moderne. La démarche adoptée consiste d'une part à fournir les concepts méthodologiques à la base d'une décision rationnelle et, d'autre part, à leur conférer un caractère opérationnel par leur mise en oeuvre au travers d'un cas réel. Pour les professionnels, le cas retenu permet de tester la pertinence de la démarche décisionnelle d'investissement dans des secteurs d'activités distincts en suivant les tribulations d'un entrepreneur particulièrement créatif.
