Abstract

Von sozialen Repräsentationen der Landschaft zu Landschaftsaktionen. Risiko, Landschaft, Nachhaltigkeit. Im Rahmen eines sehr großen Entwicklungsprojekts am östlichen Stadtrand von Barcelona in den frühen 2000er Jahren stehen Stadtplaner, Architekten, Landschaftsgestalter und Ingenieure vor einer schwierigen Sanierung des 10. Bereichs neuer Zentralität auf beiden Seiten. von den Gemeindegrenzen von Barcelona und Sant Adrià del Besòs. Das Interventionsgebiet erstreckt sich sowohl über einen stark degradierten als auch über verschmutzten linearen Raum, den Besòs, einen Mittelmeerfluss, der wie bei den tödlichen Überschwemmungen der 1950er / 1960er Jahre ein erhebliches Risiko birgt, sein Bett zu verlassen, aber auch über ein Gebiet Stadt, die als Mülldeponie dient, in der große Gruppen und schwere Infrastrukturen wie ein Wärmekraftwerk und eine Reinigungsstation verwickelt sind (Erleichterung des öffentlichen Gebrauchs). Durch städtisches Marketing und den Aufbau eines neuen Images der peripheren Stadt wird ein neues Geschäftsviertel (Kongresszentrum), Freizeit und Universität gebaut.
