Abstract

Le groupe de travail 3 du Comité technique 1.1 "Performance des administrations de transport" a pour objectifs d'identifier des approches efficaces pour définir et promouvoir la diversité et l'équité des chances et pour le recrutement et le maintien de nouveaux talents dans les administrations de transport. Au cours de l'année écoulée, nous avons tenu une série de tables rondes auxquelles ont participé des acteurs des administrations de transport du monde entier. Elles ont permis d'échanger des conversations inspirantes sur la diversité, l'équité et la compétence. La prochaine étape consiste à recueillir plusieurs études de cas en vue d'une connaissance plus approfondie des différentes dimensions de la gestion de la diversité et des talents, et ce, en vue de décrire les problématiques ainsi que les besoins et de partager les bonnes pratiques.
