Abstract

Chercheurs et enseignants de l'IAE Pau-Bayonne, Pascal Frucquet (doctorant en sciences de gestion), David Carassus (professeur), Didier Chabaud (professeur) et Pierre Marin (chercheur associé) soulignent la nécessite d'intensifier les initiatives de l'État en direction des territoires intelligents et durables. Une priorité du prochain quinquennat, estiment-ils, pour aller plus loin dans le "continuum des modes de coproduction du service public". En 2021, plus de 200 territoires ont engagé en France des projets de type Ville ou Territoire Intelligent témoignant ainsi d'une forte dynamique de « digitalisation des collectivités locales ».
