Abstract

Notre recherche interroge les dynamiques de l'empowerment au regard des pratiques info-communicationnelles et de l'usage des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC). Notre intérêt porte sur les dispositifs numériques, de type CivicTech, destinés à forger des trajectoires de mobilisations numériques. Nous formulons notre principale hypothèse de la sorte : c'est à travers l'articulation entre, d'une part, les composants de la CivicTech (médias sociaux, données gouvernementales, consommation collaborative, crowdfunding, organisation de communautés) et, d'autre part, les dimensions de l'emporwerment (individuelle, collective et politique) que l'on parvient à rendre visible l'ancrage en termes de création de communautés et de capacité d'agir des populations.
