Allemagne : un modèle remis en question

Abstract

Après une croissance du PIB de 0,8 % au premier trimestre, l'économie allemande connaît un fort ralentissement depuis le deuxième trimestre 2022. Le ralentissement conjoncturel est surtout lié à une contribution négative du commerce extérieur due à des pertes de parts de marché (-0,6 point au deuxième trimestre 2022) ainsi qu'à la baisse de l'investissement des entreprises. Au premier semestre, c'est essentiellement la consommation privée qui a soutenu la croissance grâce à la baisse marquée du taux d'épargne ; cela a permis la progression de la valeur ajoutée dans le secteur des services (information et communication, activités financières, services aux entreprises) à l'exception des services aux ménages.
