Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals and the "one health" concept led to recommending a profound change in the consumption and agroindustrial production model. This presupposes a new form of governance of food systems whose pillars are based on complete and transparent information, a strengthening of regulation by the States, a balance between the actors, a redeployment of research and training institutions and new enterprise's statutes.
