Abstract

La doxa postule que, pour réussir, il s'agit d'être fort, du moins de le paraître : quand les rapports humains au travail sont tissés de coercition sans réel autonomie, l'entreprise avalise une exploitation de l'homme, aboutissant à s'en séparer une fois ses forces épuisées. A l'inverse, quand la confiance règne dans l'entreprise, chacun cherche à rendre service et prend le risque que les autres ne répondent pas à ses attentes. Ce pari de la confiance est d'autant plus facilement assumé que a) l'acteur accepte de dépendre désormais des autres, autrement dit d'être vulnérable, et b) il sait que les autres se sentent responsables de sa vulnérabilité. Le pari de la confiance est gagné quand tous ont compris qu'on ne peut tout maîtriser ni tout avoir et accueilli les biens que la vie leur offre.
