Abstract

L'analyse des données, dont on sait la place dans nos sociétés, repose largement sur la connaissance des marchés : la collecte, le traitement, l'analyse et l'interprétation des données. Tout universitaire rêve d'être utile, de laisser une trace et de créer un impact durable. Au travers de ce livre d'hommage au Pr Jean Moscarola, académiques et managers témoignent de ses multiples impacts. On y découvre tour à tour les rôles du pédagogue, de l'innovateur, du créateur de logiciels mais aussi du créateur d'entreprise qui résiste au temps et acquiert un leadership sur son marché. On y apprend aussi l'influence que peut avoir l'universitaire sur son institution, sur ses collègues et sur la conception même de l'enquête, de l'analyse des données et de la recherche. « L'homme qui fait parler les données » est le professeur emblématique d'une conception large de ce qu'est un universitaire générant un impact durable.
