Abstract

Ce chapitre propose une analyse de la RSE à la lumière des travaux de Jean-François Chanlat sous l'angle des rapports de l'individu avec l'organisation. A partir d'une discussion critique des recherches et pratiques actuelles sur la RSE, le chapitre présente les apports potentiels d'une anthropologie située pour donner un sens collectif pour l'organisation et les individus qui la composent et pour produire des règles et des symboles partagés qui conditionnent la participation des individus à de nouveaux projets collectifs.
