Abstract

L'objectif de cette étude est de fournir un cadrage macroéconomique pour les cinq prochaines années sur la base du programme présidentiel d'Emmanuel Macron et sur la base des mesures proposées par le gouvernement dans le cadre de la future loi pouvoir d'achat. Ce cadrage macroéconomique repose à la fois sur des éléments de long terme mesurés par le PIB potentiel mais également d'autres éléments de plus court terme qui vont affecter la croissance à travers les différents chocs que subit l'économie française et les réponses budgétaires pour y faire face.
