Abstract

Peu pratiqué avant la crise sanitaire, le télétravail s'est imposé à nombre de salariés lors des périodes de confinement, et semble voué à s'installer durablement dans les pratiques. Son accroissement inédit et inattendu a bouleversé les modes d'échanges professionnels, dont le rôle dans le développement des compétences est reconnu. À partir de l'enquête Impact menée en 2021, ce Céreq Bref livre un portrait de ces télétravailleurs, et observe les changements intervenus pendant la crise dans les façons d'échanger, de se former et d'apprendre au travail.
