Abstract

Événement aussi inédit qu'imprévu, la crise sanitaire a interféré avec les projets de reconversion professionnelle des salariés. Comment ont-ils composé avec ce contexte ? Qu'en est-il en particulier des ouvriers et des employés, notamment les catégories les moins qualifiées ? Le volet qualitatif de l'enquête Impact, réalisée par le Céreq en 2021, met en lumière les effets de la crise selon le stade d'avancement des projets de reconversion. Entre renoncer et poursuivre coûte que coûte, ce Céreq Bref analyse les façons de penser et conduire son projet de changement professionnel en temps de crise.
