Abstract

La question de la diversité dans les milieux de travail qui est à l'ordre du jour m'intéresse à deux niveaux. En tant qu'analyste des organisations qui a développé, au cours des trente dernières années, une perspective anthropologique des univers organisés, et en tant que responsable pendant dix ans d'une chaire à l'Université Paris-Dauphine PSL sur le sujet « Management, diversités et cohésion sociale ». Mes propos vont donc s'inscrire dans ce double parcours en essayant de faire le lien entre ce qu'on observe dans le monde, notamment en France, et la situation au Québec et au Canada.
