Abstract

Les mutations industrielles, économiques et organisationnelles transforment l'emploi, les compétences et le travail. Développer l'employabilité des salariés constitue une des réponses à ces problématiques. Cependant, l'articulation entre mutations et employabilité ne va pas de soi : elle se construit et s'équipe pour mettre en capacité les salariés d'accéder à des situations professionnelles satisfaisantes. Employabilité et mutations industrielles définit l'employabilité et ses enjeux pour les pouvoirs publics, les organisations et les salariés : traitement du chômage, réussite des transformations, émancipation. Il présente ensuite plusieurs figures du travailleur pour mieux comprendre ce qu'« être employable » signifie. Il analyse également plusieurs exemples de dispositifs de gestion de l'employabilité à différents stades de la carrière des individus. Il examine enfin la question du développement ou de l'entretien de l'employabilité dans des situations et contextes concrets. Cet ouvrage réunit des chercheurs et des praticiens de différentes spécialités pour éclairer cette articulation complexe entre mutations et employabilité.
