Abstract

Cet article étudie de manière exploratoire le travail de frontière de chargé de mission handicap en entreprise privée. Ancrée dans la littérature néo-institutionnaliste et basée sur des entretiens semi-directifs, des observations participantes et l'analyse de documents secondaires, cette étude qualitative identifie et décrit différentes formes de travail de frontière entreprises en réponse à l'obligation d'emploi des travailleurs handicapés. L'analyse des pratiques des chargés de mission handicap fait, de plus, émerger des éléments de compréhension du paradoxe de l'encastrement de l'agence. Enfin, cette étude contribue à appréhender l'impact du management du handicap sur la différenciation de traitement entre les travailleurs valides et les travailleurs handicapés vecteur, in fine, de discriminations.
