FlighTeam : des simulateurs de vol pour former les étudiants au management

Abstract

Les usages pédagogiques de la simulation de vol en dehors de la formation des pilotes regroupent en France quelques organismes de formation au management. Toutefois, leur cible est principalement le public en formation continue. Au travers de cet article, nous souhaitons prolonger ces usages avec des étudiants en formation initiale en vous présentant la mise en œuvre de simulateurs de vol dans le cadre d'activités pédagogiques en école universitaire de management.
