Abstract

Plusieurs IAE se sont récemment engagés dans le processus d'accréditation AACSB. En tant qu'outil de gestion, cette accréditation questionne leur performance et son pilotage. Cette communication, sous la forme d'une revue de la littérature, s'appuie sur les recherches concernant l'accréditation AACSB et celles sur le contrôle de gestion à l'Université. Elle s'articule autour de deux parties, chacune répondant à une question : dans quelles mesures AACSB peut devenir un outil de pilotage au sein des IAE ? Puis, dans quelles mesures AACSB transforme la performance des IAE ? Les auteurs mettent en perspective les connaissances issues de la littérature avec un contexte récent et non exploré à notre connaissance – l'accréditation AACSB dans les IAE- posant ainsi les bases d'un programme de recherche stimulant.
