Abstract

In a troubled hospital context subject to many changes and constraints, inter-professional collaboration is a major asset in terms of adaptation, quality of care and managerial innovation. However, its levers remain to be specified and its implementation is complex. A review of the literature and an empirical survey lay the foundation for our research work, which has various objectives. First of all, it seeks to clarify the place of interprofessional collaboration in the hospital sector. Then he seeks to understand the influence of organizational factors on emerging states of collaboration. Finally, it examines how health managers can rely on organizational factors to enable the emergence of interprofessional collaboration.
